Customer Reviews

“We had a wonderful experience renovating 2 bathrooms with Residential Renovations. Mike is super knowledgeable, attentive, and willing to answer any questions with detailed explanations. The crew, Patrick and AJ, are great guys and they did an incredible job while keeping the construction zone tidy and minimally invasive. Would work with them again in a second. Thanks y'all!”

“We are return clients, but most recently I contacted Mike/Residential Renovations to complete several inspection-related repairs as we prepared our home for sale. Every item that required correction was completed thoroughly and with high quality. What impressed us most was the honest guidance Mike provided throughout the process. He helped us understand where repairs were necessary and the more expensive options were not required. Instead of upselling or adding additional work, he focused on what mattered and saved us significant costs.”

“I worked with Residential Renovations for a remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mike was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From day one, his communication was clear and consistent—he walked me through every step so I always knew what to expect. He made sure the work was done to my complete satisfaction and didn't cut corners.”

“We hired Residential Renovations to do a major, full-gut kitchen renovation and a full-gut bathroom renovation, the replacement of all of the flooring in the house, and the relocation of a laundry room, among a few other items.”

“When I decided to replace the countertops in my kitchen I obtained several bids. Mike came in with a reasonable quote and quickly gained my confidence that he would assure a good result in this project. Since the kitchen countertop required that I buy two slabs, there was enough material to also replace countertops in two bathrooms. Mike's crews arrived on time and worked until I was satisfied with the end product.”

“Mike is great!! He knows detail is key plus much experience shown during the process of construction, project management and understanding build plans.”
