Decks and pool decks ›Remodeling Jonestown Homes
Many Jonestown homes are older lake houses that need updated kitchens and bathrooms, better layouts, and modern plumbing, electrical and lighting. Newer homes in the area usually call for upgraded finishes and more usable outdoor space.
Decks and covered patios that take advantage of the lake views are popular here, and the steep, rocky terrain means footings and framing need careful planning. Work inside Jonestown is permitted through the city, and we handle what your project needs.

What Our Customers Say
Real reviews from our Google Business Profile.
★★★★★
“We are return clients, but most recently I contacted Mike/Residential Renovations to complete several inspection-related repairs as we prepared our home for sale. Every item that required correction was completed thoroughly and with high quality. What impressed us most was the honest guidance Mike provided throughout the process. He helped us understand where repairs were necessary and the more expensive options were not required. Instead of upselling or adding additional work, he focused on what mattered and saved us significant costs.”
