A Local Remodeler Who Answers the Phone
Residential Renovations 512 is a remodeling company based in Pflugerville, Texas, owned by Mike Keels. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, take on whole-home renovations, and build decks, pool decks and covered patios across Travis and Williamson County.
We started this company because too many homeowners get burned by contractors who overpromise, upsell and disappear. We're small on purpose. When you call, you talk to Mike, and he stays your point of contact from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
We're insured and BBB Accredited, and we're proud of what our customers say about us on Google.

What Our Customers Say
Real reviews from our Google Business Profile.
“We are return clients, but most recently I contacted Mike/Residential Renovations to complete several inspection-related repairs as we prepared our home for sale. Every item that required correction was completed thoroughly and with high quality. What impressed us most was the honest guidance Mike provided throughout the process. He helped us understand where repairs were necessary and the more expensive options were not required. Instead of upselling or adding additional work, he focused on what mattered and saved us significant costs.”
