A Remodel Without the Horror Stories
Most people have heard a remodeling horror story: the contractor who disappeared, the price that kept growing, the job that dragged on for months. Our process is built to prevent all three.
You deal with the owner from the start. You get a written scope and price before work begins. And you always know what is happening next.
Step by Step
Here is what to expect on every project, large or small.
1. Call or Request an Estimate
Call 512-761-8072 or fill out the form. You'll talk with Mike, the owner, about what you have in mind and set up a time for him to come out. There is no charge for the visit.
2. Free In-Home Consultation
Mike walks the space with you and asks how you use it, what bugs you, and what you want it to feel like when it's done. We talk honestly about budget, including where you can save.
3. Written Scope, Price & Timeline
You get a written estimate that spells out the work, the materials and the schedule. No vague allowances and no surprises later. If the scope changes, we put it in writing first.
4. Selections
We help you choose cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, flooring and decking, and order them early so the job doesn't stall waiting on materials.
5. Permits & Construction
We pull the permits your project needs. Mike keeps an eye on the work throughout, and the crew protects your home, keeps the work area tidy and cleans up every day. You get regular updates the whole way.
6. Final Walkthrough
When the work is done, we walk the finished project with you, take care of any details, and make sure you're happy before we call it complete.
Who You'll Work With
Mike Keels, the owner, is your point of contact from start to finish. He visits your home, writes your estimate, answers your questions and walks the finished project with you.
No salesperson hands you off after you sign. If you have a question at any point, you call Mike. That's Mike in the safety vest in the photo at the top of this page.
